The Boomer Bungalow series was inspired by Frank Lloyd Wrights, Prairie style design, functional yet stylish and modern. The series of 4 plans range from 1565 to 3243, each plan can be modified to increase or decrease square footage, add garages to front and build additional space above the garage. Plans range from one bedroom with a large bonus room that can act as a temporary bedroom to 3-4 bedroom plans depending on the individual needs.  These plans are ideal for the Baby Boomers who have raised there family’s and are now looking to down size to a home that fits the needs of an active Senior.
